I was born in Lithuania—an accident of the Soviet geopolitical landscape—to Jewish-Belarussian parents. My family’s immigration to Canada occasioned a mild identity crisis, as well as a preoccupation with immigrant narratives.
I hold an Hon. BA in English from the University of Toronto and am (imperfectly) trilingual. I live in beautiful, multicultural Toronto.
My poetry has appeared in small poems for the masses, The Banister, and Acta Victoriana.
